At Summit Healthcare, we provide a wide range of home health care services to patients all throughout Nevada. Home health care services are often deemed appropriate if 1) you are homebound – which means that due to your medical condition you are unable to leave your home; 2) your medical condition may be improved through intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and/or social work; and 3) you are under the care of a Physician that will participate in and approve your plan of care.

Our staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality care possible. We work hard to employ and consult with caring and qualified medical personnel. Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive and thorough evaluation of the home health care services you will require and follow that evaluation with treatments tailored to improve your abilities.
